Your applications and requests related to your personal data, requests related to the implementation of the Law on the Protection of Personal Data, as specified in the clarification text, but not limited to, are submitted to our company in writing using the Data Subject Application Form of the Law on Personal Data Protection, or with a secure electronic signature, or by other methods determined by the Personal Data Protection Board (“Board”), following the procedures contained in the application form kvkk@medintek.com.tr you can pass it on. Our company will finalize your requests contained in the application free of charge as soon as possible according to the nature of the request and in any case within thirty days at the latest. However, if the transaction in question requires an additional cost, the fee specified in the tariff determined by the Board may be charged.
